Month-end close cut from eleven days to two.

A five-property operator was closing the books by hand across three notebooks and two spreadsheets. We migrated accounting, intake and reconciliation into Postgres with a custom Apps Script UI. Three-hundred-thousand-peso contract, three phases, currently in production across all properties.

Thirty-eight manual report queries, automated.

A federally-supervised SMB was running compliance reporting by spreadsheet. We shipped a bilingual dashboard pulling against the same data sources their auditors use, with shadow-launched ad campaigns covering two-hundred-plus assets in parallel.

Weekly board prep: six hours to forty minutes.

The director was burning a Sunday on board-deck assembly. We built a Director Cockpit on top of their existing site reporting. Same data, same decisions, ten times less time spent on the slide ritual.

WhatsApp activation agent now lives in production.

Parent inquiries arrived on WhatsApp and died there. We built an agent on Meta's Business API that qualifies, schedules a demo, and hands off to the academy director. Conversion from first message to enrolled student moved decisively.

HOXTEL — the engagement we kept being asked to repeat.

After the fifth boutique hospitality build we stopped scoping bespoke and shipped a product. PMS, finance with CFDI, guest comms on WhatsApp, AI weekly owner brief. Currently in pilot with a Puebla hostel. Q3 2026 cohort opens once the second customer is live.

Case-research platform spec'd and built in nine weeks.

A small law firm wanted to stop billing junior associates to grep their own case archive. We built a RAG layer over their corpus with bilingual citations and a structured query interface. Phase 1 shipped on the original estimate.

Mobile passport-stamp app shipped in twenty-three days.

A state tourism initiative needed a guest-facing companion app fast. We shipped phase one — geo-stamps, itinerary skeleton, multi-language — in three working weeks. AI-generated itineraries staged for phase two.

Pitch architecture for a peso-denominated federal initiative.

A federal-level technology proposal needed structuring for a deputy and an agency review. We delivered the executive document, three financing models, and the supporting research pack. Currently in evaluation.

Roughly nine hours of bookkeeping returned, per month, per client.

An expense tracker built on Sheets-in-the-client's-own-Drive plus Supabase. The client owns the spreadsheet, we own the application layer. Dogfooded internally before any external customer touched it.

Case-zero concierge platform for a fourteen-hundred-doctor channel.

A coloproctologist with a deep referral network became our case zero — free for twelve months in exchange for the right to refine the product and resell into the association. Stack designed in four phases. Currently in foundation.
