HAXOR, with headquarters in Puebla, México, operating through the web portal haxor.systems, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data.

The personal data we collect from you (name, company, email, and technical context) will be used for the purposes necessary to deliver the engagement you have requested:

  • Run preliminary technical diagnostics through AI-assisted tools
  • Schedule strategic consulting sessions and discovery calls
  • Prepare personalised written proposals and technical assessments
  • Send relevant operational and security information tied to active engagements

HAXOR implements industry-standard encryption and access-control protocols so that your firm's strategic information is not accessible to third parties.

We do not sell or share your data for external advertising purposes.

Information you provide

  • Email address and optional phone or WhatsApp number

  • Technical challenges and pain points described in the form
  • Current technology infrastructure details when shared voluntarily

Automatically collected

  • Browser type and language preferences (for regional content routing)
  • Time zone for region detection (LATAM / USA / EMEA / DACH routing)
  • Aggregated usage patterns of diagnostic tools, via Sentry error monitoring

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law (Mexican fiscal records: five years; legal records: ten years for engagements that produced a contract).

You may request deletion of non-fiscal data at any time by contacting legal@haxor.systems.

International Data Transfer

Some processing happens on servers located outside of Mexico (Vercel deployment, Google Workspace for email and forms, Sentry for error monitoring). We ensure that any international data transfer complies with applicable data-protection regulations and maintains the protection level described in this policy.

For visitors from the European Union or DACH region, additional protections under GDPR apply. Data subject requests under GDPR (right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) can be sent to the same legal address.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date at the top of the document. Material changes will be communicated to active engagement clients via email.
