Reservations, calendar, guest registry.
The operating core. Multi-property, multi-business-unit, audited at every write. Front-desk surface separated from owner surface — roles see only what their role needs to see.
HOXTEL is a multi-tenant SaaS for boutique hostels and hotels — PMS, finance, guest comms, and an AI weekly owner brief, built by HAXOR for operators in México and LATAM where CFDI 4.0, SPEI, and WhatsApp are not afterthoughts.
The operating core. Multi-property, multi-business-unit, audited at every write. Front-desk surface separated from owner surface — roles see only what their role needs to see.
Transactions tagged for SAT compliance from day one. Multi-BU allocation. The Mexican fiscal regime is the default, not a bolt-on, and the schema knows it.
One inbox per property. Channel-aware threading. The guest’s first language is the system’s first language.
Every Monday: a bilingual, AI-narrated summary of revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and what changed. Anomaly detection runs against the prior period; the owner reads 3 paragraphs instead of a dashboard.
The international PMSs
don’t speak CFDI, SPEI, or WhatsApp.
We waited. We built it.
— HOXTEL, since 2026
SAT fines are linear in revenue. A PMS that treats Mexican invoicing as an add-on is a PMS that costs the owner six figures a year in remediation. HOXTEL emits CFDI natively.
Card-only checkout leaves money on the table. HOXTEL integrates SPEI transfer and OXXO cash payments alongside cards, with reconciliation back to the ledger automatically.
Mexican guests do not check email between Friday and Sunday. They WhatsApp. HOXTEL runs guest comms on Meta’s WhatsApp Business API, with templates approved for the boutique vertical.
Owner UI, guest templates, AI narratives, support — all in es-MX first. English exists. It is not the centre of the product.
Pricing is indicative and locks at cohort open. Properties above tier room caps are billed at $180 MXN per additional room per month. Setup includes data migration from existing systems and is paid in full at signature. USD and EUR pricing on request for cross-border operators.
We built HOXTEL because boutique hospitality kept arriving at HAXOR as the same project repeated: a 5-property operator closing books by hand, a hostel running guest comms out of a personal WhatsApp account, an owner who wanted 1 weekly brief instead of 3 dashboards. After the fifth engagement we stopped scoping it as bespoke work and started building it as a product.
HOXTEL is engineered, owned, and supported by HAXOR. The pilot is live with a Puebla boutique hostel. The Q3 2026 cohort opens once the second customer is shipped and the operating runbook is hardened. We are not a marketplace and we do not white-label the product for resale.
Book a 30-minute conversation with HAXOR. We will ask about your property, your current stack, and what you are paying to keep it running. If HOXTEL is not the right tool for you, we will say so on the call.
